Bea Curran (Any Pronouns) is a staff photographer for The Broadside. She is currently on the path & dreams of becoming a professional photojournalist with a focus in marine biology and the effects the environment has on current events. While creative writing is primarily their mode of artistic expression, using journalism as her own form of activism is part of what being a journalist means to her. Some things she is passionate about in capturing & covering are sustainable Environmentalism, BIPOC spaces & spotlight, and diverse creative expression in the community.
