Wintervention was back again this year with concerts on the Hayden Ampitheature stage. There was an EDM vibe for Friday night with Saxsquatch and Brandi Cyrus hitting the stage to an excited crowd. On Saturday Glass of Hearts–Blonde Tribute opened for Tiffany to complete the 80”s vibes that was promised. Outside of the music there was ice carving, OMSI had a kids zone, K9 dog demonstrations, fire pits, and of course the lights. There were blocks of vendors of all types to find something for everyone. The rally returned this year (a snowboard and skiing jump competition) which was very difficult considering the lack of snow fall this year. Needless to say the snow was brought in by the dump truck load to build the jumps with the use of barrels, pallets, scaffolding, and the man power of many they created the obstacle despite the warm weather. Fun was had by everyone who showed up.
