Laughter filled the air as Halloween music erupted throughout The Old Mill. Frightening masks and funny hats gathered together along the river, awaiting the arrival of the paddleboarding witches. Dogs dressed in costume sat patiently for treats that they too would be receiving this Halloween.
Halloween at The Old Mill, a free event, was a night filled with music, candy, and costumes. There was a sign to take pictures at, trick or treating in the stores, and singing on the streets. Dogs wearing jumpsuits, lion fur, and other outfits joined their humans on the side of the river.
