A new term is about to start at Central Oregon Community College.
To get college students engaged in the college experience, the Student Life Department has announced the first week of student activities.
In Bend, the student life department has arranged for students to get a free medium drink at Duch Bros on Jan. 4 and 5.
On COCC’s other campuses, the student life department has arranged for a free medium drink at Duch Bros along with free passes to their respective local theaters. All students have to do is go to their campus’s front desk and inquire about the free passes.
There will also be a Virtual Resource Fair on Jan. 6 and 7, which is hosted by the Student Life Department and will be open to all students.
People from various departments (like Sports and Recreation, Disability Services, Diversity and Inclusion, and Testing and Tutoring ) will be available to talk to students at the fair about all the resources and services available to them in the coming year.
Another perk for resource fair attendees: a lucky student will receive a ten dollar gift card to Loony Bean Coffee Roasting Company.
If any students would like to participate or would like more information about any of the activities, contact Gordon Price at [email protected].
