Cell-phone camera found hidden in restroom
Bend police confirmed that an iPhone was found hidden in a soap dispenser in a womans restroom in Modoc on the Central Oregon Community College Campus. Several students had alerted local news agencies to the incident by way of social media earlier in the week.
As it is currently an open police investigation, neither COCC officials or the Bend Police Department were able to comment on the incident.
