The Bend Film Festival, finally happened, after being rescheduled due to the heavy smoke in September. This year the festival brought a unique experience, to accommodate with the restrictions put in place due to COVID-19. From parking in a wide open space, to tuning into the audio through the radio, the experience was truly unforgettable, similar to a drive-in theater. “For a high risk family like our own, it’s nice to have things to do outside of the home,” one viewer said. As this pandemic rages on, it is nice to see innovation and nostalgia come together to create a fun and safe experience for all.
