Joaquim Alvarez, also known as Jo, is Co-Editor in Chief for The Broadside. Alvarez is studying journalism and communications at Central Oregon Community College. Alvarez has worked as a reporter, photographer and graphic designer for The Broadside since the winter of 2024. Prior to The Broadside, Alvarez worked professionally as an advertisement designer for The Bulletin.
