Latin Dancing Wednesdays

This is a ‘Drop-In’ dance lesson night for the public. Wednesdays are the perfect opportunity to take a quick dance lesson and practice with social dancing after. These classes are beginner/intermediate – great for first timers and those with some dance experience.

Garth Stein is the best-selling author of four novels including the wonder hit The Art of Racing in the Rain. The Art of Racing in the Rain sold more than 6 million copies in 35 languages, and spent more than three years on the New York Times bestseller list. The Art of Racing in the Rain inspired a Young Reader edition, as well as a children’s picture book adaptation (2014), a stage adaptation by Book-It Repertory Theatre in Seattle, and is currently in development with Universal Studios for a major motion picture. His most recent book is A Sudden Light.

The way the game works is they have the audience pick 3 random subjects which they then have to include in a song that they make up right before your very eyes. If you are able to give them a subject that they cannot complete a song to, you will receive a prize for stumping them. Sometimes if the subjects are too easy for them to improvise, they will let the audience select a genre of music for the song as well.
Bob is David Miller a seasoned musician who can literally play just about anything. He is familiar and competent in many forms of music but his heart is in classic rock. David Miller may be best known as “Sasquatch” from local radio station 94.1. Not one to take it easy he is musically involved with several bands in the area including “Voodoo Highway” and “The Rum and the Sea”. His musical talent alone could be a show in itself.
