The Beans of Bend

The+Beans+of+Bend

If you like coffee, then Bend is the right place for you. Bend has a multitude of options ranging
from chains like Starbucks and Dutch Bros all the way to the more local one offs. In this article,
three local coffee hot spots were explored.

In this coffee trip all three shops were tested by the taste of the common Iced Latte and by what
locational benefits they had.

Kevista Coffee

This Iced Latte had a minimum of a 16 oz cup for the cost of $4.50. The drink was
comparatively the most blended coffee, with the milk and coffee not feeling like two separate
entities but instead providing a single flavor. The flavor was more relaxing than strong, which
provided a good daytime delight but not a study buddy. The highlight of this store was that it
offered a close proximity from the COCC Bend Campus, as it is less than a mile away.

This article, like other food reviews, has a slight bias of being simply the perspective of one
person and their unique taste but we here at the Broadside hope it helps your coffee hunt
anyway.
