1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil ($.10)

Slowly melt the chocolate in a saucepan over low heat. Once melted and smooth, remove from heat and mix in the coconut oil and a pinch of sea salt. The mixture should loosen up and become a bit runnier.

Bananas are ready to eat when the chocolate shell has hardened. Store bananas in the freezer in an airtight container.

Enjoy!

Notes:

Chocolate-covered banana slices are great for a quick dessert but if you can be patient these taste best when left at room temp for about 5 minutes.
