Central Oregon Community College’s (COCC) 26th annual Jungle Run is approaching. It will be held at the Mazama Track at COCC on the Bend Campus on Thursday, May 19th at 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., states COCC’s website.

The Jungle Run is a four-mile run through “the jungle” or a two-mile run or walk. This event consists of mud pits, log crossings, several steep ascents and descents, and rubber snakes that are redeemable for prizes. This event is free for students and $15 for anyone else wanting to participate.

There will be food at this event, and everyone who enters will receive a t-shirt.

Those who participate will be supporting the COCC Club and Intramural Sports Department.
