Local musicians play free concert

Musicians from the Central Oregon Symphony will be putting on the concert “Music In Public Places” at the Madras Public Library at 12 p.m. and at the Bend Public Library on Saturday, Jan. 28 at 3 p.m.  The concert is free to attend.
